Product damaged
Did you receive a damaged product?
Please note: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please send the following photos:

Photo of the damage to the product

Photo of the entire print

Photo of the shipping label (text/barcode must be legible)

Photo of the inner packaging (e.g. bubble wrap, edge protection, inside view of the box)

Photo of the outer packaging – if possible with a close-up of any damage
(Note: Even if transport damage occurs, the packaging does not necessarily have to show visible damage.)
I need these photos to be able to resolve the incident quickly and easily.
